With some soul searching, a lil bit of creativity, and tools that help you do the thing, you can create a legacy that’s 100% you. And Imma be real deadass about this whole process, there are no shortcuts or easy way out. You gotta show up fully, even when its hard.
Whether you've been at this for a while and got stuck, or are just starting out, I offer my skills in creative and spiritual strategy so we can figure this out together.
HONI mixes all my creative outlets (music, crochet, soul strategy) into tools that actually help you move, create, and shine.
My goal is simple: to help you reveal what's already within, honor those gifts, and leave a lasting impact, redefined through integrity, self-expression, and purpose.

Empowerment Model

Our method is built around three steps: Reveal, Restore, Rise. REVEAL "Who am I really, under these rules, survival habits, and expectations?" We guide people to connect with their inner knowing. Many of us already know who we are, but moving from that clarity can be hard. We provide the tools and support to validate what you already know and help you step into it with confidence. This is the first step toward leaving a legacy that truly reflects who you are. RESTORE "What stories or blocks have kept me from following my purpose?" This is where you see the stories and beliefs that have held you back and learn to shift them into something empowering. We’ll explore the choices you’ve made from those beliefs and why you’ve held on to them. This allows you to reclaim your power moving forward. Through reframing your experiences, you can be supported in exploring old wounds, understand limiting beliefs, and transform them so they support your goals instead of holding you back. RISE "How can I live this truth and start making something from it?" This is the action phase! Whether it’s a brand, project, career change, or lifestyle shift, we help you organize your life, your tools, and your workflow so your actions reflect who you are. This is where your legacy takes shape, moving from insight → to intention → to action.

Hey! 👋 Liz here.
For yeeears, I played the background singer for other people's visions. I held space, gave my all, and put my own dreams on pause, hoping someone would give me the same validation and support I freely gave. But here's the gag: I ended up in spaces that weren’t aligned with me because them folks I was helping weren’t even aligned with themselves. People operate based off how they feel about themselves, and when they don’t like who they are, you are subject to their projections and unrealistic expectations.
Singing & Songwriting
Music has always been my personal diary and my way to process life. Growing up, speaking my truth at home wasn’t safe, so I learned to channel my feelings into song. When I told my brother I wanted to sing professionally, he hit me with: “Keep that as a hobby" and "go to college to get you a Librarian of Congress job.” Typical bull crap, LOL. And I’m not gonna hold you… I listened for a minute, and it slowed me down. Made me insecure about my craft, but something deep within my spirit, kept telling me I can’t turn away from this.
Crochet
This started as a way to keep my hands busy. I was always experimenting, DIYing, and just inventing stuff at home. I got into the craft so much that it earned me the nickname Grandma Lizzie. But I was not out here busting out granny squares, LOL. I found myself creating lingerie, intricate cable knit crop tops, bags, Amigurumi… like think “summer in Ibiza” not “farmers market craft stall.” I found that this craft taught me creativity, patience, and the power of intentional design.
Soul Strategy
I have an innate ability to see patterns. Over time, I noticed how folks, including myself, often play small because we don’t fully trust ourselves. I’ve seen businesses lose sight of their mission due to hustle culture and some orgs struggle to connect with their communities. After 10+ years exploring permission slips (Numerology, Astrology, Emotional Intelligence) I’ve been able to help folks reconnect with the reason their soul even called them to do what they do.
My approach is to help creatives, freelancers, healers, and small orgs clarify their vision, organize their ideas and build sustainable foundations for their work so those very ideas become tangible, aligned, and impactful outcomes. Along the way, I give tools, resources, and strategies so you can actually move forward without losing yourself.
