Hey! 👋 Liz here, the founder and creator of House of Nova Insights (HONI).

As someone who navigated years of playing the background, offering my energy to uplift others while dimming my own light, I realized a needed, but harsh truth: no one was going to speak on my behalf like I did for others.

Through heartbreak, self-doubt, abuse, spiritual awakenings, and soul-deep healing, I learned that the path to freedom starts with showing up for yourself with the same conviction you offer to those you love.

And in this awakening, the essence of HONI was born.

HONI exists to remind us that healing isn't about perfection, but rather about the process. And I not claiming to have all the answers, but I do offer a mirror, a method, and a moment to reconnect with YOUR truth. HONI's business model is built off of my living testimony for what becomes possible when we stop dimming our value and start honoring our gifts. I don't believe creativity should just be a hobby, but rather be used as a vessel for liberation and a means to sustainability. Through this innerstanding, I am no longer afraid to ask for what I deserve, because that’s the same medicine I offer to you.

I design pathways for healing. And I believe those who give, create, and hold others deserve to be held, seen, and supported too.

Whether through songwriting, crochet, emotional clarity sessions, or the structured journey of Reveal, Restore, Rise, HONI is a space where the unseen gets named, where your stories get honored, and where your voice is welcomed. It’s an invitation to create from the mess, from the magic, from wherever you are.
