Hey! 👋 Liz here, the founder and creator of House of Nova Insights (H.O.N.I.).
For years, I played the background. I poured into other people’s visions, held space, offered support, while dimming my own light. I waited for someone to advocate for me the way I showed up for them. But the truth hit me hit hard: no one was going to speak on my behalf like I would for them.
Through heartbreak, self-doubt, abuse, spiritual awakenings, and deeeeep ass soul healing, I learned that true freedom begins when you show up for yourself with the same conviction you offer everyone else.
That’s how HONI was born.
This work isn’t about perfection or getting it "right". It’s about the process. And I want to make it very clear that I’m not trying to claim that I have all the answers, I don't know EVERYTHING. I just know what I do and am here to offer you a mirror, a method, and a moment to reconnect withYOUR truth.
HONI is built from my lived experience and evolves as I do. It's a testimony to what becomes possible when we stop shrinking and start honoring our gifts. I don’t believe creativity should be treated like a hobby, it’s a tool for liberation, sustainability, and self-remembrance.
Through this lens, I’ve learned to ask for what I deserve, to honor who I know I am meant to be and that’s the same medicine I now offer you.
I design pathways for healing and embodiment. I believe that those who give, hold, and create for others deserve to be held, seen, and supported in building their legacies too.
Whether it’s through songwriting, crochet, or clarity sessions, HONI is a space where the unseen gets named, where your stories are honored, and where your voice is welcomed. It’s an invitation to create from the mess, the magic, wherever you are.
This is for those who are done shrinking. For the ones who’ve spent years supporting others and are now ready to pour into themselves. For those ready to stop surviving and start expressing.

Empowerment Model

Our methodologies are centered around the concept we've coined as: Reveal, Restore, Rise. REVEAL "Who am I really, underneath conditioning, survival mode, or 'shoulds'? " We facilitate self-recognition. That is foundational to legacy. You can’t leave something meaningful behind if you don’t know who you are. Using astrology and numerology to support this is what gives our method a soul-backed foundation. Legacy begins with authenticity. We help people reclaim that. RESTORE "What stories and blocks have disconnected me from my soul path?" This is where healing and re-alignment happen. We look at why the dream hasn’t been lived yet, what needs to be uprooted or rewritten for the dream to take root now. We support nervous system safety, emotional awareness, and belief realignment here. You can't build a legacy from a fractured identity or a place of fear. We help you to get back into integrity with yourself. RISE "How do I embody this truth and start creating something rooted in it?" This is the action phase, but still soul-driven.
